payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Germany:

0.00 € to 99.99 € = 6.49 €

For orders over 100 € we offer free shipping within Germany.

Diving bottles are excluded from free shipping within Germany.

Shipping diving bottles:

Bus package 20 kg = 17.49 €

Package 20.01 kg to 31.5 kg = 34.98 €

Every 31.5 kg a new parcel will be packed and the shipping costs will increase according to the table above.

Deliveries abroad:

Europe/EU:

Package 0.01 kg to 10.00 kg = 18.49 €

Package 10.01 kg to 20.00 kg = 23.49 €

Package 20.01 kg to 31.50 kg = 34.49 €

Every 31.5 kg a new parcel will be packed and the shipping costs will increase according to the table above.

Switzerland:

Package 0.01 kg to 10.00 kg = 37.99 €

Package 10.01 kg to 20.00 kg = 48.99 €

Package 20.01 kg to 31.50 kg = 62.99 €

Every 31.5 kg a new parcel will be packed and the shipping costs will increase according to the table above.

Provision of digital content:

There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Digital content will be sent to you as a file by email within 72 hours of conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 4 - 10 days, and for international deliveries within 4 - 12 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
